Terms and ConditionsCheques payable to Peter Davey - accounts to be settled within 7 days to confirm your booking. Internet Banking transfer can be arranged, no additional fees are levied. If paying through PayPal with Debit or Credit Card a booking fee of £4.00 is added per place. Any courses booked can only be deemed provisional bookings until they have been confirmed and full payment received. We will make it clear when a course booking has been confirmed, until then you should not assume that your booking has been successful. We reserve the right to cancel courses or change venues, dates and content. We will always give the maximum possible notice when this happens but some circumstances are beyond our control. If we have to make a change to location, date or material content then you will be offered a refund of monies paid where possible. If you cancel a confirmed booking a refund will be offered provided that the place(s) can be resold. If the place(s) can not be resold for whatever reason a refund will not be possible as places are booked and paid for in advance. This is the sole limit of our liability - we will not be liable for any consequential loss such as deposits for booking accommodation or travel.
